Viewers

BakoshApp's viewer statistics: who liked, gifted, chatted and shared on your streams, points and levels, past streams, a TTS voice for each viewer — stored only on your PC.

The Viewers page keeps statistics of your audience: who liked, sent gifts, wrote in chat, shared and followed — per channel and per stream — with points and levels for every viewer. Open it from the avatar menu in the top-right corner → Viewers.

The page opens on every plan, but statistics are collected only from the live connections, which need PRO or MAX: TikTok through the Native Connector and the Kick connector. TikFinity doesn't pass viewer details to BakoshApp, so nothing is recorded from it.

Where the data lives

"Viewer stats are stored only on this computer and are shared by all mods." The data is in a local database in BakoshApp's folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%\BakoshApp\viewers.db). It isn't uploaded to your account, so another PC starts empty, and it doesn't depend on which mod is active.

Each TikTok account and each Kick channel you connect is a separate Channel; if you have several, pick one at the top. A channel that is on air shows Live and how many people are watching.

What isn't recorded: the text of chat messages, viewers who only joined without doing anything, yourself, and test runs (Test, hotkeys, test messages).

Viewers

The Viewers tab is a table of everyone who did something on the channel.

  • Period — Current stream (the default), Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or All time.
  • Search by name — finds viewers by name or @username.
  • Show hidden — includes viewers you hid from rankings.
  • Click Points, Coins, Likes, Chat, Active min or Last seen in the header to sort by it, highest first.

Active min counts the minutes in which the viewer liked, chatted, gifted, shared or followed — TikTok doesn't report when someone stops watching, so there's no watch time. Likes per viewer are lower than the stream's total: TikTok sends only part of the like messages.

Click a row to open the viewer's card: points, level and rank, everything they did, their flags (follower, subscriber, moderator, fan club level…), and the Streams, Activity and Points history tabs. From the card you can:

  • Adjust points — add or subtract points, for example for a giveaway prize. This changes only the balance; the level stays.
  • Hide from rankings — the viewer disappears from the table and from the Leaderboard widget, but stats are still counted. Show in rankings brings them back.
  • Delete — removes their stats, points and history on this channel. If they come back, they start from zero.

Voice column

When TTS Chat is on (PRO or MAX), the table has a Voice column: the voice that reads this viewer's messages in TTS Chat.

  • Auto — the viewer has no voice of their own; your TTS Chat settings decide.
  • A voice marked auto — given by the voice pool in One voice per viewer mode and kept for this viewer while it stays in the pool.
  • A voice you picked — click the cell, choose a voice, and it's used for this viewer in every TTS mode. Back to the automatic voice removes it.

Streams

A new stream starts by itself after a pause without activity — 30 minutes by default. Restarting a LIVE after a crash keeps the same stream. New stream closes the current one at once, so the Current stream counters start from zero; nothing is deleted.

The table lists the channel's streams with their start, duration, coins, likes, follows, viewers and peak. Click a stream to see its totals, Top gifters, Top likers, Top chatters and Recent events.

Points and levels

Viewers earn points for what they do. The defaults:

ActionPoints
Gift1 per coin (on Kick, per Kick)
Likes1 for every 10 likes
Follow10, once per viewer ever
Share5, up to 5 shares per stream
Chat message1, at most once every 60 seconds
Subscription100; a gifted subscription pays the gifter
Active minute0 (off)

The level depends on all points ever earned: with the default Level step of 100, level 2 needs 100 points, level 3 — 300, level 4 — 600, and so on. Subtracting points with Adjust points doesn't lower the level.

Settings

The Settings tab applies to all channels:

  • Record viewer stats — turn it off to pause recording; collected data stays.
  • New stream after a pause (min).
  • Points — the rules above; 0 turns a rule off. Changes apply to new events only.
  • Level step — changing it recalculates everyone's level at once.
  • Keep event log (days) — 90 by default; Keep per-stream history (days) — forever by default. 0 keeps data forever.

Danger zone works on the selected channel:

  • Reset points — a new season: points and levels of every viewer go back to zero; other stats stay.
  • Delete channel data — removes all viewers, streams and history of the channel. It can't be undone.

Overlay widgets

The Stream Counter, Stream Goal and Leaderboard widgets take their numbers from this page's data — see Overlay. Before a stream starts, a widget set to the current stream shows 0, while the page still shows your last stream.

Common questions

The page says "Viewer stats need a live connection". Stats come only from the TikTok Native Connector and from Kick, both PRO. With TikFinity alone, nothing is recorded.

"No viewers yet". Connect TikTok or Kick in the Platforms menu in the header. Viewers appear with the first likes, gifts or chat messages of your stream.

"The viewer database was created by a newer version of BakoshApp." You went back to an older version. Update BakoshApp to see your stats; the file is left untouched.

Will my stats be on my other PC? No — they are stored only on the computer where they were recorded.
