Free vs PRO vs MAX
Compare what you get on each plan, mod by mod. PRO unlocks the full effect library and Native Connector; MAX adds automatic mods.
BakoshApp ships with three tiers:

$0/month. Curated subset of triggers in every interactive mod. Forever free, no trial. - PRO —
$10/month. Full effect library across all interactive mods, plus the Native Connector and custom audio uploads. - MAX —
$20/month. Everything in PRO plus access to automatic mods — mods that run on their own without TikTok triggers (currently GTA V Train).
Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. PRO can also be unlocked without paying — see via referrals or via content creation. (MAX is paid-only.)

On Free, BakoshApp connects to TikTok through TikFinity, so TikFinity's own limits also apply. PRO and MAX replace this with the Native Connector — no extra software needed.
What's an "automatic mod"?
Most mods (KOTH, Chaos, Rust Survival, RDR2 Chaos) are interactive — they react to viewer-driven TikTok events (gifts, likes, chat). The MAX tier unlocks a separate category, automatic mods, which run on their own and don't need streaming activity to do something interesting. GTA V Train is the first one — it's a train simulator with no viewer involvement, marked with an "A" badge in the sidebar.
More automatic mods are planned. They all share the MAX tier.
When PRO is worth it
PRO pays off if you tick any of these boxes:
- You're hitting the Free limits and viewers are sending gifts that don't trigger anything.
- You don't want to install TikFinity + TikTok Live Studio.
- You stream regularly (3+ Lives per week) and value variety to keep returning viewers engaged.
- You want to upload your own audio for actions (custom PRO sounds).
When MAX is worth it
MAX is for streamers who want to play with the automatic mods library on top of PRO features. If you're never going to touch GTA V Train (or future automatic mods), PRO is enough.
When Free is enough
Free is plenty if you:
- Stream casually and the 11–15 actions per mod cover your needs.
- Already have TikFinity set up and don't mind keeping it running.
- Want to test the workflow before committing.
Where to see your current plan
In BakoshApp, click Settings in the sidebar. The Subscription Status card tells you your tier (PRO or MAX), where it came from (Lemon Squeezy / Patreon / Granted access / Referral bonus), and when it renews. Full breakdown in Settings page.
Switching between PRO and MAX
PRO ↔ MAX changes are billed with proration — you don't pay twice for the same period. See the dedicated guide: Upgrade & Downgrade between PRO and MAX.
Common questions
Does PRO/MAX unlock effects retroactively? Yes. As soon as your subscription is active, every effect in every mod becomes available — restart the mod from the sidebar toggle to pick them up.
What happens if I cancel? You stay on PRO/MAX until the end of the paid period. After that you drop to Free. Your existing trigger setup is preserved.
Can I share PRO/MAX with friends? No. Subscriptions are tied to one Bakosh.app account. But your friend can unlock free PRO via referrals or content creation.
I'm on Patreon. Can I get MAX? Patreon subscriptions count as PRO only. To get MAX you need to buy a separate Lemon Squeezy subscription on top — your Patreon stays untouched and the MAX subscription adds the automatic mods on top.
