Get PRO via referrals

Invite a friend who subscribes and you get PRO for free, for as long as their subscription is active.

If a friend subscribes to PRO using your referral link, you get PRO for free — and you keep it for as long as their subscription stays active. No limit on how many friends you can refer, but a single active referral is enough to keep your own PRO running.

Sign into bakosh.app and open bakosh.app/referrals. At the top of the page you'll see your unique referral link, looking something like:

https://bakosh.app/?ref=XXXXXX

XXXXXX is a short alphanumeric code generated for your account — it's not your username. Copy the whole link.

The link works anywhere you can post a URL — TikTok bio, YouTube description, Discord DMs, comments on streams. Anyone who clicks it and signs up on bakosh.app gets tagged as your referral for 30 days, even if they don't subscribe immediately.

3. Wait for them to subscribe

When your referral upgrades to PRO via Lemon Squeezy, our system links the subscription back to your account. You'll see:

  • Your Subscription Status card in Settings flips to Active with Source: Referral bonus.
  • An entry in your /referrals page showing who subscribed and when.
Tip

You only need one active referral to stay PRO. If you refer multiple friends, you don't compound — but if one cancels, you don't lose PRO as long as another stays subscribed.

4. What happens if your friend cancels

The moment your friend's subscription becomes inactive (cancelled or payment failed past the grace period), your referral-based PRO status drops to Free. You're back to Free limits across every mod, but your trigger setups are preserved.

If you have more than one active referral, the system keeps PRO running as long as any one of them is still subscribed.

5. Track your referrals

On the referrals page you can see:

  • Total clicks on your link.
  • Sign-ups attributed to you.
  • Active paid referrals (the ones keeping you PRO).
  • Total earnings from referrals (cash payouts can be requested above a threshold — see the page for details).

Common questions

Can I refer myself? No. Self-referrals are filtered out automatically. The system uses email, device fingerprint, and payment method to detect them.

Does the referral expire? The 30-day cookie expires after 30 days. The referral relationship itself doesn't expire — once a friend signs up and subscribes through your link, they're linked to you for the life of their subscription.

What if I have PRO via Lemon Squeezy already? Your referrals still count, but you don't get a "double bonus". Cash payouts may apply — check the referrals page.

Can I use my own affiliate code in TikTok bio? Yes. That's exactly what the link is for. Many streamers grow their own PRO base by tutoring friends through setup, then sharing the link.
