First login

Create a Bakosh.app account and sign into the desktop app. Your trigger setups sync across machines.

BakoshApp uses your Bakosh.app account to sync your trigger setups, sounds, and PRO subscription status across machines. You only need to sign in once per device.

1. Create your account on the website

Open bakosh.app and click Sign In in the header.

The fastest option is to sign in with Google — it takes one click. If you signed in this way for the first time, an account is created automatically with your Google profile name and email.

Info

If you used to support BakoshApp via Patreon, sign in with the same email you used for Patreon. We auto-merge the accounts so your old subscription history is preserved. You can also link your Patreon manually afterwards.

2. Sign into the desktop app

Back in BakoshApp, click Sign In in the top-right. A browser window opens — confirm sign-in there, and the desktop app receives an auth token automatically.

If your browser is set to a different default than your normal one, paste the link into the right browser manually — anything that's already logged into bakosh.app will complete the flow in a couple of seconds.

Once signed in, you'll see your avatar in the top-right corner. Your trigger setups, sound assignments, and subscription status load from the server.

3. Confirm your subscription status

Open Settings in the sidebar and look for the Subscription Status card. On a brand-new account you'll see:

  • Free — no PRO subscription. The card includes an Upgrade to PRO button that opens the subscription flow.
  • A Source field listing where the subscription comes from once you have PRO: Lemon Squeezy, Patreon, Granted access, or Referral bonus.

Details of each state are documented in Settings page.

4. Sync between machines

Your account is the source of truth. If you sign in on a second PC (laptop, gaming room), it loads your trigger setups automatically — no manual export/import needed.

Mod installation (the game-side files) is per-machine — you still need to install GTA V or Rust files on each PC. But what each trigger does is on the server, tied to your account.

Tip

Want a one-off backup or to share your trigger set with a friend? Use the Import / Export tool from the Events & Actions tab.

5. Signing out

Click your avatar → Sign Out. The local session is cleared, but your data on the server is untouched. Signing back in restores everything.
